MVH is working alongside Beringia Community Planning to develop a comprehensive Land Use Plan for approximately 80-hectares (200 acres) which referred to as the IR#2 lands. That Land Use Plan is being followed by the development of a Master Plan considering more than three concepts. The Master Plan focuses on the Stage 1 development area of IR#2. MVH is the chief negotiator for the Services Agreement with the City of Port Coquitlam.
