Granville Slopes Development Plan, Vancouver, BC (1983)

As part of the BC Place Neighbourhood Planning team, Michael von Hausen helped coordinate ten neighbourhood plans. The structure came from early work the team had done to determine the overall structure of the North False Creek development. Many of the concepts, including a continuous waterfront walkway interlinked with a necklace of parks can be seen today along with compact high-rise development having a high complement of amenity and street end views.
